Bringing Healthy Beef Back
Time and research has gone into the bio-management of the lipid profile in our Maine-Anjou to overcome the health and quality problems behind what has been driving many people away from beef over the last number of years. We raise our cattle without the use of hormones, feeding grain, and feeding antibiotics. They are rotated between pastures to ensure palatability and nutrition of the native and improved grasses consumed. Our beef is higher in Omega 3s, higher in Vitamin E, and lower in saturated fat because of our grass-feeding process.
